The untold story of world cup's bat


It is a fictional story based on the Dhoni's world cup bat-


After Winning the world cup, Dhoni's fan following was at its peak. Many people wanted to buy his world's cup bat but the cost of the bat was really high and a middle class person couldn't afford that bat. Once M.S. Dhoni met a child whose name is Manish. Manish was really good at cricket but he had no facilities to convert his dream into reality. After talking with Manish, M.S. Dhoni sir felt that I needed to help that child and he told him that he could join his academy and improve his cricketing skills but Manish did not want any help from anyone because he wanted to achieve his goal by himself. So, Dhoni sir asked him what he could do for him. Manish was hesitating to ask for his world's cup bat. At that time Manish was not aware about the cost of the bat. Dhoni sir did not think for a second and he presented that bat to Manish which real cost at that time was 83 lakhs. Manish was very happy after getting that bat and he hugged Dhoni sir and said thank you in his emotional voice.  10 years later when Dhoni sir was going to play his last IPL league. At that time a new member of his team presented him with a bat as a gift. When Dhoni sir checked that bat he realised that it was his bat that he presented to a random boy. After watching that bat he understood that the new batsman of his team was that random boy. He called Manish (a random boy) and hugged him tightly. When Dhoni sir asked about his success he just said that whatever he became it is only because of your bat. It always motivated him and guide towards success. The bat is just like an Armour for him.


Few months later, In Dhoni's sir retirement ceremony. Manish delivered a speech on him.

"Good evening ladies & gentlemen". Thanks for being here on this emotional day. I would like to speak some words on a person who has a large role behind my career and yes he is none other than MS Dhoni sir.


First, I would like to share some untold stories about Dhoni's sir. In 2003, once Dhoni sir asked a man who was in the crowd near the radio station at the kharagpur railway station in west bengal " Brother can you please tell me the score"  and the man replied " what will you do if I tell you the score? Will you bring the world cup? And the rest is history. 


I still remembered those iconic words by Ravi shastri sir " Dhoni finishes off in style. It's a magnificent strike into the crowd. India lift the world cup after 28 years. The party starts in the dressing room and it's an indian captain who has absolutely been magnificent in the night of the final."


April 2, on the same date but a different year, Dhoni sir got world cup victory as well as Padma Bhusan. I truly believe if Sachin sir is the god of cricket then Dhoni sir is the one who fulfills the dreams of god. Beginners are many but finishers like Dhoni sir is none.


" MS Dhoni is not just a cricketer he's a whole era of cricket. He's the most impactful player for India in the decade of ( 2010s).
